Lead the functional design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP PLM, Recipe Development, Specification Management, Product Data Management, Change Management, and Label Management solutions; Lead the design and optimization of SAP EH&S and Product Compliance capabilities, including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Safety Data Sheets, Global Label Management, and Regulatory Compliance; Partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to translate business requirements into scalable SAP-based solutions; Ensure end-to-end integration between SAP PLM/EH&S and SAP ECC, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, LIMS, master data solutions, and external regulatory platforms; Govern product master data, specifications, formulations, substance data, compliance data, and product-related information, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle; Manage internal stakeholders and external service partners while driving digital innovation, automation, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and the successful adoption of PLM and EH&S capabilities.
