A Sioux em parceria com a Pratitec está em busca de um(a) Analista de Suporte N2 para atuar em uma consultoria, apoiando clientes em demandas técnicas, sustentação de ambientes e resolução de incidentes. Buscamos um perfil analítico, proativo e com boa comunicação, que tenha facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com múltiplos clientes/projetos. Responsabilidades: Atuar no suporte técnico N2 (remoto e presencial) para usuários internos e clientes; Atender chamados escalados pelo time de Suporte N1, realizando análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas técnicos; Executar troubleshooting em sistemas, aplicações, infraestrutura, redes e integrações; Realizar diagnóstico avançado de falhas em sistemas operacionais, hardware e redes; Efetuar manutenção preventiva e corretiva de desktops e notebooks, incluindo troca, upgrade e testes de componentes (processadores, memória RAM, SSD/HDD, fontes e placas-mãe); Identificar problemas de superaquecimento e realizar aplicação de pasta térmica quando necessário; Montar, configurar e homologar novas estações de trabalho; Monitorar ambientes e identificar falhas de forma preventiva; Administrar usuários, permissões e acessos, ambiente Windows Server; Administrar E-mails, Sharepoint, etc do Ambiente Microsoft 365; Apoiar deploys, validações e testes em diferentes ambientes; Documentar procedimentos, soluções e manter atualizada a base de conhecimento; Interagir com equipes de Desenvolvimento, Infraestrutura e fornecedores; Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs e a qualidade dos atendimentos.
