About the Role You will lead the change journey for a global Health and Safety technology solution rolled out across multiple countries. The challenge is not only to support deployment, but to make sure the change is understood, adopted, and sustained in different local contexts. You will work in an international IT environment where success depends on clear communication, strong stakeholder alignment, and a practical approach to adoption. The role combines strategy and execution: you will shape the global change approach while supporting local teams through implementation and stabilization. Job Description You will develop and execute the global change management strategy for the solution rollout. You will define the change roadmap and deployment approach for each country. You will carry out stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts across teams, roles, and markets. You will build and support local change networks, including Change Champions and Ambassadors. You will identify resistance and drive mitigation actions that improve adoption. You will support country teams before, during, and after implementation to help stabilize new ways of working. You will track adoption, engagement, and progress through relevant KPIs. You will create the global communication plan and develop communication material for different target groups. You will help ensure consistent messaging across countries while adapting the approach to local needs. You will support awareness and engagement activities throughout the full change journey. You will prepare executive updates and progress reporting for senior stakeholders. Requirements Certification in Prosci Change Management Relevant education in change management, communications, HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or a similar field Proven experience leading large-scale IT change projects in a global business context Demonstrated experience applying Prosci methodology in an enterprise or multi-country environment Experience managing adoption of digital tools, systems, or process changes across multiple countries or regions Experience working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams Experience preparing executive-level updates and progress reports Experience building and executing communication and engagement plans for change initiatives Experience developing training strategies and supporting rollout activities Experience identifying change impacts, stakeholder groups, and resistance management actions A structured and hands-on approach to change management in complex international organizations Ability to build and activate local change networks, champion communities, or ambassador programs Strong analytical ability to follow adoption, engagement, and change KPIs Ability to influence and drive progress across functions and countries What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
