About the role As Operational Marketing Manager, you will coordinate the deployment of marketing and commercial plans across selected segments in the Nordics. You play a key role in turning strategy into action — ensuring strong execution of go-to-market plans and supporting customer-facing teams to drive growth. You will work closely with Sales, Distribution, Supply, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Coordinate and deploy the territory marketing and commercial plan across selected segments Implement go-to-market plans including SAVE (Solution, Access, Value, Experience) Support and engage customer-facing teams in executing marketing and commercial actions Deploy and coordinate new offers locally; monitor and promote existing offers Ensure Sales and Distribution teams have the right tools and support to drive growth Lead initiatives to increase customer leads, conversion, and retention Analyze performance across customer segments, SKUs, and market trends to steer actions Contribute insights during territory business reviews and propose corrective action plans Align SKU forecasts with business ambitions, customer demand, and product lifecycle Support regional and global projects when needed Identify and propose new local opportunities in line with the go-to-market strategy What you bring Your background Relevant academic degree within Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar 2–5 years of experience in a similar marketing, commercial, or operational role Experience working close to Sales or with commercial execution is considered a strong advantage Languages Excellent English skills, both spoken and written Proficiency in one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish preferred) Finnish language skills is considered a merit Key experience in: Working with internal sales staff and B2B customers Analytics and reporting Project management We also believe you: Have a commercial mindset and strong drive to create impact Are structured, proactive, and hands-on Communicate confidently and collaborate well across teams Enjoy working with data and turning insights into action Are curious, energetic, and eager to develop in an international environment Why Michelin?
