As a Working Student (Category Management & Shopper Marketing) you will work on real projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute your ideas in a global environment. This is an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract 2 days per week. Your Tasks We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team, supporting Shopper Marketing, Category Management, and Sales functions across the Swedish and Norwegian markets. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic FMCG environment and develop a broad understanding of commercial operations. In this role you will work closely with multiple functions, contributing to both analytical and operational tasks. You will be involved in turning data into insights, supporting key processes, and ensuring high-quality execution across different areas of the business. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to learn, take ownership, and make a real impact from day one. Conduct competitor and in-store analyses. Manage discount coupon activities, including setup, follow-up, and performance analysis. Support asset and rights management, including coordination of model image rights and buyouts. Assist in assortment maintenance by consolidating and managing data from multiple systems. Maintain and update product catalogues in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders. Support order management processes with high accuracy in internal systems. Contribute to category management projects, including promotional analysis and price structure development. Your Profile Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar) with a year of studies until Graduation Skills & Competencies Analytical with strong attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable Delivers accurate work on time Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technical Skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Experience with data and multiple systems is a plus Languages Fluent Swedish and good English Personal Attributes Flexible and committed across varied tasks Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
