We’re looking for a Roll-out Project Manager - Capability & Fleet Development for a company in Gothenburg (Torslanda). Start is ASAP, 5 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg. Our client is seeking a Roll-out Project Manager - Capability & Fleet Development to support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of newly developed SME sales capabilities while strengthening Fleet development capacity across markets and retail partners. Working closely with markets, partners, Commercial Process Development, Fleet, Retail, Digital, Finance, and Legal teams, you will help ensure successful rollout, operational readiness, issue resolution, and measurable business impact. You will report to the Global Head of Commercial Process Development and be part of a small, agile team based at the company’s global headquarters in Gothenburg. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Rollout Lead structured implementation of SME capabilities across markets. Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions. Support markets in moving from technical deployment to operational adoption. SME Process Adoption Support end-to-end SME sales processes, including account creation, agreements, discounts, ordering, and sales contracts. Clarify roles, approval flows, ownership, and escalation paths. Resolve local process challenges while maintaining global standards. Capability Stabilization & Improvement Gather feedback on SME capabilities within CRM and Retailer Portal solutions. Coordinate resolution of process, training, data, and system issues. Translate improvement needs into clear business requirements and support testing and release readiness. Fleet Development Support Manage intake of Fleet development requests from markets and stakeholders. Clarify scope, business value, urgency, dependencies, and ownership. Document, classify, and route requests through established processes. Support analysis, coordination, and stakeholder follow-up. Monitor workload, response times, bottlenecks, and service levels. Recommend improvements to intake, prioritization, and ways of working. Stakeholder Management Act as a key support contact for market SME owners and retail partners. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working forums. Align Fleet, Retail, Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, Digital, and partner stakeholders. Performance & Reporting Track readiness, training completion, adoption, issue resolution, and sales performance. Provide concise progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership. Training & Knowledge Transfer Support deployment of SME training materials and best practices. Document recurring issues, decisions, and successful approaches. Ensure effective handover to the permanent organization before assignment completion. Required Profile The ideal candidate has experience in: Commercial implementation, rollout, adoption, Fleet development, or change management in multi-market environments. Managing intake processes and converting complex needs into clear requirements and actions. Bridging business operations and digital delivery. Working hands-on with market teams and retail partners. Managing priorities, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and workload planning. Facilitation, training, communication, and stakeholder management. You are analytical, structured, and data-driven, using adoption, throughput, handling-time, and performance metrics to drive improvements. Experience within automotive, retail sales, B2B, SME, Fleet, CRM, or partner networks is highly valued. Knowledge of the client's systems, processes, and culture is an advantage. A high level of discretion and professionalism is required. Key Stakeholders You will collaborate closely with: Market SME owners and regional commercial teams Retail partners, Space Managers, and Sales Specialists Commercial Process Development, Fleet, Retail, and Sales Operations Digital product owners and CRM/Retailer Portal delivery teams Finance, Legal, Training, and Performance Management teams Preferred Qualifications Salesforce, CRM, Retailer Portal, Jira, and Confluence experience. Experience creating operational playbooks, training materials, adoption dashboards, or hypercare models. Understanding of SME sales, discount governance, financing journeys, and partner-led automotive sales. Proven experience supporting commercial capability rollouts across multiple markets. Experience with automotive retail partners, B2B customers, SME sales, Fleet, or mobility services. Strong track record of coordinating business, digital, finance, legal, and market stakeholders through rollout and stabilization phases.
