About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to build a new product almost from the ground up: a marketplace of deals and special offers, a loyalty program, and cashback — inside an app with an audience of millions. Your mission is to help make it an app people open every day to shop smarter and save money. This is a high-ownership role. You'll shape the product's design direction from its earliest stages and see your work ship to a massive audience. What you will be doing Design a new product area — deals marketplace, loyalty, and cashback — largely from scratch, from concept to production Develop a deep understanding of the product logic and business context behind every feature you design Work closely with your Product Manager: unpack business requirements, reframe problems, and turn them into design solutions that move business metrics while giving users an experience they genuinely enjoy Collaborate day-to-day with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights Partner with a UX Writer to craft clear, consistent product communication Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production What you will need 5+ years of product design experience, with at least some of it on consumer products at scale Strong product thinking: you understand business goals and user needs equally well, and you know how to balance them A portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates end-to-end ownership — from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers High craft standards: strong visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and care for what actually reaches users Comfort with ambiguity — you can bring structure to a zero-to-one product space You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter Nice to have Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products Hands-on experience with UX research methods and data-informed design decisions Experience contributing to or working within a design system Why join Rare opportunity to build a product from scratch inside an app with millions of active users Real impact: your decisions directly shape a core strategic bet for the company A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality Job Benefits Relocation and Employment We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
