We’re looking for a results-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage users across all stages — from onboarding and activation to retention and loyalty. We’re seeking a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to manage UAE lifecycle strategy and drive measurable impact across activation, retention and lifetime value. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end CRM and marketing campaigns, build scalable communication processes, and partner closely with data, analytics, design, co-marketing and copywriting teams to deliver personalized, high‑performing customer experience. We expect extensive hands‑on experience with modern CRM and martech tools, strong proficiency working with large amount of data to turn it into clear insights and tangible business results. Key Responsibilities Work on and be responsible for OKRs tied to activation, retention, LTV, and revenue. Build the communication strategy: audience and segmentation, contact rules, comms calendar, CRM assets and localization. Build automated, event-triggered journeys and dynamic personalization using various data sources and tools. Optimize multi-channel communications through email, push, sms, in‑app from onboarding and activation to win-back. Run experiments and measure results: A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality and attribution. Ensure CRM data quality and integrity. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 5+ years of experience in CRM, with at least a year of experience in fintech, retail, finance. Proven track record turning CRM into business results. Hands-on expertise with modern CRM and martech tools (Braze, Customer.io , Salesforce, Moengage, etc). Strong analytical skills, proficiency with experimentation and reporting. Advanced SQL, Python, vibe coding and analytical skills are strong advantages. Fluency in spoken and written English, speaking and written Arabic is a strong advantage.
