Req ID [[id]] | [[location_obj]], [[filter5]], [[legalEntity_obj]] Job Description About the Team We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a global team and work closely with all divisions to hire top talent for ZF. What can you look forward to as Talent Acquisition Specialist: Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates / Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements. Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested. Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.). Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.). Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview: hire ratio, etc.). May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques. Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business Responsible for keeping Applicant Tracking System updated. Actively source passive candidates to develop candidate pipelines Your Profile as Talent Acquisition Specialist: Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.) 1+ years of experience in recruitment (including internships/Co-ops) Ideal candidate would possess high-energy, be highly motivated and a self-starter Fluent in English and Spanish Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred) Strong oral and written communication Ability to manage multiple job requisitions; track candidates; and follow through on recruitment projects Why you should choose ZF in Monterrey?
