As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on our Global Talent Acquisition team in Gray Court, South Carolina, you'll help build high-performing teams by recruiting exceptional talent across multiple divisions. Working within a global network of recruiting professionals, you'll influence hiring strategies, foster meaningful candidate experiences, and contribute to ZF's continued growth and success worldwide. What can you look forward to as Talent Acquisition Specialist: Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates / Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements. Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested. Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.). Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.). Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview: hire ratio, etc.). May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques. Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business Responsible for data accuracy within ATS Actively source passive candidates to develop talent pipelines Your Profile as Talent Acquisition Specialist: Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.) 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high volume recruitment Ideal candidate would possess high-energy, be highly motivated and a self-starter Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred) Strong oral and written communication Ability to manage multiple job requisitions; track candidates; and follow through on recruitment projects Fluent in Spanish (preferred qualification) Why you should choose ZF in Gray Court: A supportive collaborative team environment Hybrid working environment Annual Incentive Plan Paid Vacation 401k Plan Health Care Benefits Paid Holidays A strong diversity culture Supportive Employee Groups and community outreach activities Be part of our ZF team as [[title]] and apply now!
