Req ID [[id]] | [[location_obj]], [[filter5]], [[legalEntity_obj]] Job Description About the Position: A Head of IT Region Czech Republic will be Responsible for the operational performance and support of IT within the designated sub region, ensuring site compliance with ZF IT standards and operational processes. Ensures exceptional business support through 5 regional Standard Services. What you can look forward to as a Head of IT Region Czech Republic (m/f/d): Lead and develop the regional IT organization across all ZF locations in the Czech Republic by setting objectives, developing talent, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with global IT strategy. Manage regional IT operations and end-to-end accountability for onsite IT services, including networks, servers, storage, connectivity, locally hosted applications, and project features; ensure stability, performance, security, and system uptime. Ensure reliable and secure IT services supporting manufacturing operations and business-critical production processes, including disaster recovery, business continuity readiness, and effective resolution of infrastructure issues to minimize business impact. Act as the primary IT interface to regional business units, translating business needs into actionable IT initiatives and driving alignment between IT services and business objectives. Drive IT service improvements, capacity and performance planning, and contribute to regional IT strategy, roadmap development, and technology investment planning to support business growth and operational excellence. Oversee regional IT projects at the site level, ensuring alignment with plant-specific requirements, schedules, quality standards, and overall business priorities. Ensure governance and compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and agreed service delivery targets, including SLAs and KPIs. Control regional IT budgets and manage regional vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers to optimize costs while ensuring service quality, performance, and strategic value. Your profile as a Head of IT Region Czech Republic (m/f/d): Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Min. 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, IT operations, infrastructure management or comparable enterprise technology environments. Candidates should be based in the Czech Republic or willing to relocate to the Czech Republic. Experience leading larger teams, multiple locations, or complex IT service organizations. Native-level proficiency in Czech (written and spoken). Fluent English language skills (written and spoken). Senior management professional with strong negotiation, project management, and leadership skills. Expertise in IT technologies and workplace.
