Post-graduation in any of these disciplines would be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering function or production engineering function with at least 3 years in machining process planning and establishment of standards The person must possess hands-on experience in machining process planning engineering, new product productionising, Capacity enhancement, De-bottlenecking, Re-engineering, Low Cost Automation. Must be familiar with design and implementation of material handling and internal logistics. Must possess implementation knowledge on Smart Factory initiatives including digitalization of plant layouts including flow simulation. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
