会计专员-Treasury Location: Beijing 主要职责（Fund-focused Responsibilities） 1. 首要专注于在银行相关协助、资金往来、资本行动支持（Capital Activities） o 银行开户、银行关户； o 银行账户信息维护及变更； o 付款指令及银行对账 o 协助进行资本调用（Capital Call）与分红分配（Distribution）相关的计算、通知文件准备及系统 录入； o 跟踪基金出资人（LP）资金往来，维护投资者台账和资金记录。 2. 基金账务（Fund Accounting） o 负责基金日常账务处理，包括记账、凭证审核、费用入账等； o 协助准备基金财务报表、资本账户报表（Capital Account Statement）、投资组合明细等基金相 关文件； o 支持基金年度审计，准备审计所需的底稿与财务数据。 3. 基金设立与运营相关支持（Fund Setup & Operations） o 支持离岸基金或在岸基金的设立流程（如文件收集、开户、流程跟进等）； o 协助处理基金运营中的合规和行政流程，对接外部律师、托管人、银行或税务相关方。 4. 客户关系与跨部门沟通（Client & Ex ternal Parties Coordination） o 协助维护基金客户（GP/投资管理人）关系，及时响应基金方的运营及财务相关需求； o 与审计师、托管银行、税务顾问及其他外部机构保持良好沟通。 5. 团队支持与临时项目（Team Support） o 在需要时支持团队成员的基金会计相关工作； o 完成基金行政或基金财务方面的临时任务或项目。 任职要求（Requirements） 1. 会计、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有会计从业资格证或同等资格； 2. 1-3 年会计、基金会计、四大/会计师事务所、资产管理或外企财务经验优先； 3. 了解基金资金处理流程或具备基金财务、投资公司背景者优先； 4. 掌握 PRC 基础账务与税务知识，同时对基金结构、基金运营流程有兴趣或一定理解； 5. 能使用 Ex cel 及财务软件处理大量数据；有基金会计系统经验者更佳； 6. 良好的英文读写沟通能力，可用于准备基金报表或与客户沟通； 7. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力强、逻辑清晰、工作严谨； 8. 有责任心、职业操守良好，能适应基金周期性较强的工作节奏。 Key Responsibilities (Fund-focused Responsibilities) Focus on Capital Activ ities · Assist with bank account setup and closure · Maintenance bank account and liaise with client and bank for necessary change registration · Payment process and bank reconciliation · Assist with calculations, documentation preparation, and system input for capital calls and distributions. · Monitor capital transactions with Limited Partners (LPs) and maintain accurate investor records and capital activity schedules. Fund Accounting · Handle daily fund accounting activities, including bookkeeping, voucher review, and expense recording. · Assist in preparing fund financial statements, capital account statements, investment schedules, and other fund-related reports. · Support annual fund audits by preparing working papers and required financial data. Fund Setup & Operations · Support the setup of onshore or offshore fund structures, including document collection, bank account opening coordination, and process follow-up. · Assist in handling compliance and operational procedures throughout the fund lifecycle, coordinating with external legal counsel, custodians, banks, and tax advisors. Client & Exter nal Parties Coordination · Assist in maintaining effective communication with General Partners (GPs) and investment managers, responding to operational and financial requests in a timely manner. · Coordinate with auditors, custodians, tax advisors, and other external parties to support smooth fund operations. Team Support & Ad-hoc Projects · Provide support to team members on fund accounting and administrative tasks when needed. · Undertake ad-hoc assignments or fund-related projects as required. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; relevant accounting qualification preferred. · 􇝠‒􇝢 years of experience in accounting, fund accounting, CPA firms, asset management, or finance roles in multinational companies. · Understanding of fund treasury processes or experience in fund finance, or investment firms is preferred. · Basic knowledge of PRC accounting and tax, with interest or familiarity in fund structures and fund operations. · Proficient in Excel and financial/accounting software; experience with fund accounting systems is a plus. · Good command of written and spoken English, capable of preparing fund reports and communicating with clients. · Strong communication and problem-solving skills, quick learner, detail-oriented, and organized. · High sense of responsibility, strong professional ethics, and ability to work under the cyclical workload of fund operations.
