Expectations on Role and Responsibilities: Develops store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning). Offer and excellent level couture service at all times across all categories. Mentors other client advisors on journey and KPI improvement and is a key teamplayer Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine. Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities. Key competencies: Has a proven selling and clienteling skills. Has a collaborative mindset. Has excellent communication and story telling skills. Is able to sell all categories. Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display. Is a contributor to the correct operations of the store.
