This role operates as a key execution partner to the Executive Director of Marketing, who sets the overarching state marketing strategy, priorities and investment direction for the state. The Manager is responsible for translating that strategy into actionable plans and ensuring high-quality, on-time execution across all channels. This position owns execution, activation and optimization of that strategy across all marketing touchpoints. The position has broad exposure across the full marketing ecosystem, including pricing and promotions, paid and earned media, customer journey and experience, retail marketing, digital, brand, product marketing, and third-party partnerships. This is a high-autonomy role in execution, requiring a proactive leader who can manage complexity, align cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. SCOPE This role will own end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across Ohio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
