Manage leasing schedules, space allocation, and operational coordination to ensure smooth execution of all Casual Leasing events. Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorship programs aligned with the brand positioning and business objectives. Manage sponsorship timelines, media support, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and effective ROI. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding space utilization, event timelines. Monitor revenue, expenses, and performance of merchandising events and sponsorship activities, and provide regular reports to management. Explore market trends and innovative business models to increase revenue streams and customer engagement. Key Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leasing, retail, event management, sponsorship, or business development , preferably in shopping malls or commercial properties Proven track record in revenue generation , tenant acquisition, and partnership development Strong understanding of casual leasing, media, and sponsorship within retail environments Experience in space planning, leasing coordination, and event execution Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor revenue, cost, and ROI performance Proactive, creative, and commercially driven mindset with awareness of market trends Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Good command of English and Thai
