About the Job This is an individual contributor role that will allow you to guide projects from initial idea to final deployment, seeing the real-world impact of your code every day. The Taulia Trade Technology (TTT) Engineering team is the powerhouse behind the TTT platform. The team is responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the dedicated financial platform that ensures customers receive secure and timely early payment funding at scale. The team strives for extreme platform resilience, system stability, and compliance in processing thousands of daily funding requests. Responsibilities Full-Stack Engineering (60% Frontend / 40% Backend): Develop, test, and implement high-quality software across both frontend and backend components. Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks while developing reliable backend services and APIs. Translate business and UX requirements into scalable end-to-end solutions, taking ownership from database to user interface. Design and implement reusable components, appropriate software architecture, and well-suited design patterns that promote maintainability and consistency. Integrate frontend applications with backend services, optimize performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, and ensure overall system reliability. Analyze requirements, provide engineering estimates, diagnose root causes of software defects, and implement effective solutions. Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive automated tests, and ensure adherence to software engineering standards and best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality end-to-end features. AI & Quality Apply prompt engineering techniques and context management; participate in evaluation loops for AI output quality. Use AI coding tools and agents to accelerate software development, testing, and documentation. Build AI-assisted engineering workflows such as automated code reviews, documentation generation, and development automation. Evaluate cost, latency, and reliability trade-offs when building AI-enabled solutions. Own feature quality end-to-end by verifying functionality using automated testing and QE-built tools before merge. Skills, Knowledge and Experience required Frontend Tech Stack: Deep experience with TypeScript and React (including hooks, Context API, and component composition) to build production-grade frontend features. Backend Tech Stack: Solid experience with Java/Spring backend frameworks, relational databases (such as MySQL), and REST API design. Testing: Commitment to automated testing practices, with comfort writing both unit and integration tests. Protocols & Patterns: Familiarity with Apollo Client, Spring Security, and OAuth2/OIDC protocols. Architecture: Ability to evaluate design patterns and trade-offs Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience Level: Typically 3+ years of relevant software development experience in a full-stack context. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
