BINGO is looking for a B&D (Building & Demolition) Major Accounts Sales Representative to join our high-performing skips sales team, reporting directly to the GM B&D Sales . This is a senior, strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships across Tier 1 builders and major infrastructure/civil contractors . Role & Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of major accounts for B&D Skip Bin Sales across Tier 1 construction, infrastructure and civil sectors Leverage existing industry contacts to secure new business opportunities Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Lead and execute tender processes , including pricing, negotiation and contract close Drive revenue growth through selling of BINGO services and solutions Develop tailored commercial solutions aligned with customer needs and project requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and commercial support teams Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new opportunities within the sector Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within the CRM system Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership Ensure all activities are delivered in line with BINGO’s policies, procedures and safety standards What Makes You a GOgetter 10+ years’ experience in sales Proven experience managing major accounts within the construction industry , particularly Tier 1 builders and/or large civil contractors Established relationships within key construction networks is essential Demonstrated ability to price, negotiate and win large-scale tenders Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive outcomes at a senior level Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills Previous experience within waste management or related industries (highly regarded) Valid driver’s licence What You Receive as a GOgetter Work for a well-known, established, and reputable business Permanent full-time position with a healthy salary + commission Opportunity to work with high-profile major clients across Australia’s leading construction projects Career progression opportunities within a rapidly growing business A strong, people-first and safety-focused culture Employee benefits including novated leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition programs and retailer discounts Referral bonus—earn up to $1,500 for every successful referral
