Job Summary: We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Product Engineer to join our team, specializing in liquid cooling technologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment, maintenance, and performance optimization of our cooling solutions, which include Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), cooling towers, L2A Sidecars, and Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHX). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, contribute to service innovation, and support the development of new service offerings to meet evolving customer needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of project managers responsible for liquid cooled server racks and AI cluster deployments. Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to grow project management capabilities. Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale deployments in client data centers. Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Support projects involving deployment of GPU-dense racks, high-performance interconnects, and large-scale AI infrastructure. Review project documentation, including installation plans, risk assessments, and status reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, solution integration, logistics, and facilities teams to ensure deployment readiness. Coordinate with clients to capture requirements, manage expectations, and resolve escalations. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks across the team. Track KPIs for schedule adherence, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Support relationships with key accounts, particularly hyperscalers and enterprise clients deploying AI clusters. Serve as an escalation point for project-related issues requiring management-level intervention. Provide clear, timely project updates to internal leadership and external clients. Qualifications: Education & Experience bachelor’s degree or equivalent educations in engineering related fields 3+ years of operation experience at mission critical facilities (hospitals, semi-conductor fabs, or data centers) experiences in power and/or HVAC system deployments and maintenances. Technical & Industry Knowledge Familiarity with mission critical facility logistics and operations. Understanding power distributions, cooling system & piping design, and airflow management in high workload environments. Knowledge in power and/or HVAC system design criteria and deployment best practices. Ability to interpret and oversee project documentation, schedules, and budgets. Other Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interfacing with clients, executives, and technical teams. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, manage escalations, and drive accountability. willingness and ability to travel internationally 25 – 50% of the time. Proven ability to supervise projects and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
