Cash Operations Assistant Manager

Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for support in managing cash operations, bank account management, reconciliations and maintaining relationships, liaising with auditors to maintain compliance and generating periodic reports on the status and extent of Cash Operations. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure. Job Responsibility • Supports daily cash operations activities including daily cash positioning, wire transfers, tax payments, foreign exchange transactions, dividends distribution, government charges, collections and roll-over transactions, Strategic Investment (Capital Injection, Sub-loans) etc. • Supports & ensures timely and accurate generation of cash-related transactions, banking and e-banking payments and collections for funds and investment transactions. • Supports reviewing & validating the settlement of all treasury transactions. • Supports ensuring risk management by directing all transaction approvals to authorized persons. • Supports managing bank accounts & reconciliations for all bank other than collections and non-treasury transactions related accounts. • Supports managing and developing all treasury processes and systems (maintenance and implementation). • Supports all internal groups on banking related activities/transactions. • Supports ensuring forecast reconciles to with the daily treasury activities. • Supports maintaining relationship with Internal Audit with respect to compliance and internal controls management. • Supports processing the issuance of LGs, LCs and other guarantees & instruments through banks along with supporting the Subsidiaries with their transactions. • Supports ensuring all electronic and manual cash transactions are conducted in compliance with policies and procedures. • Supports preparing report, records and book keeping of all transactions, guarantees, payments and accounting. • Supports coordinating with policies & procedure department to develop proper accounting process for a new treasury transactions. Job Responsibility (cont.) Years of Experience 5 and above Nature of Experience Prior experience in Cash Operations and maintaining good relations and liaising with banks etc. in a large-scale service oriented industry is preferred Prior experience within the KSA region and/or the Middle East region including knowledge of regulatory environment and context is preferred Job Band Sr. Professional Skills Education Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Additional Education Certifications
