Job Description The Data & AI Solution Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and long-term value creation by engaging customers and stakeholders, building a strong sales pipeline, analysing market trends, and forging strategic partnerships. This role supports the expansion of StarHub’s Data & AI capabilities and contributes to the delivery of impactful business outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow the Data & AI sales pipeline across local and international markets, driving both revenue and customer value. Identify and collaborate with partners to conceptualise new products and services that align with market demand and the competitive landscape. Formulate and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Data & AI offerings, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Understand customer requirements, introduce Data & AI solutions, and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage telco data insights for business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, government agencies, and commercial partners to support long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations. Collaborate with the Enterprise Business Group Sales team to structure, scope, and price proposals, maximising the success rate of bids. Work with the Marketing team to increase brand awareness, engage potential clients, and drive demand for Data & AI solutions. Qualifications Degree or higher in Business Analytics , Business IT , Computing , or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in analytics sales , preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment. Experience in consultative selling involving data analytics is a strong advantage. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering value. Strong business acumen with excellent analytical thinking. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in building and nurturing long-term customer and partner relationships.
