Role Summary We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned work, and be ready to adopt AI-enabled development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations. Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks. Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript. Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues. Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards. Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation. Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and AI-based capabilities where relevant. Required Skills Strong development experience in Salesforce or Java. Good understanding of CRM concepts, customer journeys, workflows, and integrations. Deep technical knowledge of application design, APIs, databases, debugging, and system integration. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage tasks and take responsibility for delivery. Clear, professional communication and strong collaboration skills. Salesforce Skills For Salesforce-focused candidates: Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration. Salesforce integration, security, sharing, and deployment concepts. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred. Java Skills For Java-focused candidates: Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and database integration. Experience with enterprise application design, testing, deployment, and production support. Familiarity with modern front-end or JavaScript frameworks is preferred. Good to Have Experience with generative AI, AI-assisted coding, automation, or intelligent CRM capabilities. Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing. Relevant Salesforce, Java, cloud, or AI certifications. Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
