Requisition ID: [[id]] Description Responsibilities As an Equipment Tech able to evaluates, selects, and make justification for equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and manage/drive vendors' performance to meet/exceed equipment KPI, MTTR, MTBF and goals. Establishes projects and solutions for increasing uptime, throughput, cost saving and resolve equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Ability to review Process SPC data, setup equipment FDC and machine control. Experienced in Fabguard application. Improve and meet the equipment FDC OOC rate for equipment SECS/GEM capable. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.Conduct training to shift members (PM operator, Technician). Able to perform hardware trouble shooting, generate troubleshoot lesson learnt material and equipment OCAP for sharing with Team. Required Experience and Skills Diploma with minimum 3years relevant working experiences or bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. minimum 3~6 experienced in Disco / Wet Benches equipment experience. Additional experienced in laser and wafer fab equipment will be added value. Able to perform overtime work (if require), including working in a cleanroom environment. Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal Skill.
