Operation Manager

Job Description: Lead daily operations and oversee the performance of the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks aligned with company standards and client requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, procedures, and best practices that promote efficiency, quality, and safety in the workplace. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain to align objectives and deliverables. Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of manpower and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain business continuity and compliance with regulatory standards. Analyse performance metrics and generate regular reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies in all operational activities. Job Requirements: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or related industries. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders at various levels. Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Good understanding of operational best practices, quality management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance and operational effectiveness. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within a multicultural environment.
