Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are seeking for experienced Business Excellence Executive to join our team. You will work closely with safety representatives to support operations. You will also engage with business unit representatives and other stakeholders for Business Continuity related matters. You will also actively lead and support corporate office upgrading projects. Be Part of Our Success Environment, Health & Safety Serves as DY EHS Management Representative and Deputy EHS Committee Chairman, including performing duties as the appointed Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO). Drive compliance with Workplace Safety & Health legislation, environmental regulations, and company policies. Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external EHS audits, including reporting findings and tracking corrective and preventive actions to closure. Liaise with certification bodies, corporate headquarters, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders on audit, compliance, and certification matters. Support the EHS Committee by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, monitoring action plans, and ensuring timely follow-up. Lead the management and periodic review of Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, and Method Statements (MOS). Conduct routine workplace inspections and safety observations to identify risks and implement preventive measures. Manage contractor safety, including onboarding, safety briefings, review of risk assessments, permit approvals, and monitoring compliance during works. Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determine root causes, and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and assess legal and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance with applicable WSH requirements. Act as the key liaison with government agencies, including MOM and WSH Council, during inspections, audits, inquiries, and reporting requirements. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, evacuation exercises, first aid readiness, and crisis response planning. Develop and deliver safety awareness programs, training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns to strengthen safety culture. Partner with Facilities Management and relevant stakeholders on Safety matters related to ST Engineering Hub Building. Business Continuity Management Serve as Deputy BCM Coordinator and support the organization's BCM framework. Collaborate with Business Units to develop, review, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP). Ensure BCM documentation remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational and certification requirements. Coordinate BCM exercises, simulations, and recovery tests to validate business continuity readiness. Track findings and improvement actions arising from exercises, audits, and reviews. Support internal and external BCM audits and drive timely closure of audit findings.
