Executive, Warehouse

Responsibilities: Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and general office and warehouse administrative duties. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the production team, freight forwarders, and clients (both local and export). Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality checks, and shipments while providing excellent customer service. Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and best practices at all times. Prepare and submit operational reports as required. Organize documentation and inventory in preparation for internal and external audits. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent also considered. 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude. Strong team player with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Class 3 driving license is required. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
