Job Description: Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project Installation, Debug and troubleshooting IT-related issues Job Requirements: Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience in IT Management Systems Deployment or Equivalent experience. Proficient in Database, Networking, Windows OS and servers. Good at Set up database clusters, data backup, or recovery processes. Experience on data migration, data integration and data monitoring. Responsible for data security and personal data protection. Good skillset on system and architecture design, be able to draft professional documentation. Experience on tender requirements analyze and support on tender bidding. Experience and knowledge on certification management, key management, and infrastructure common services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, eG, KMS, AntiVirus, Patch Management, MDM, etc. Experience on system integration, system UAT/FAT/SAT. Familiar to procedures of system deployment, staging test and production system setup. Knowledge in any of the following will be a strong plus: SQL management studio application and database table, Vulnerabilities Assessment, VAPT tools Software development knowledge Access control system e.g., key manage system, CCTV, card reader or gantry. Redundancy technology knowledge e.g., failover clustering, Nic teaming etc. Other areas of qualification: Able to perform work independently and a team player. At least 5 years of system related experience. Good communication skills, be able to troubleshoot, debug issues independently. An analytical mind and ability to learn new technologies quickly Good time management skills An ability to follow processes Strong documentation skills Good communication skills – both written and verbal Commercial and business awareness
