Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business process harmonisation and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation across key business units. The role involves working closely with vendor and stakeholders to standardize workflows and support system rollout. Key Responsibilities To be part of the implementation team to roll out a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across our Airframe Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Line of Business To collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize and improve business processes for all Airframe MRO entities globally To work closely with software vendor to design and incorporate the harmonized business processes into the MES To participate in change management for successful deployment of the new MES locally and overseas To conduct training for the MRO users in operating the MES To support software testing and go-live activities To execute the mapping, cleansing and migration of operational data from legacy systems to the MES Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering Experience in MRO environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel is an advantage Experience in data migration/cleansing is an added advantage No work experience required 1 Year contract (renewable/convertible based on performance) Able to travel overseas when required Work location: Seletar

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
