Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions. Serve as the technical lead for mid to large‑scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi‑disciplinary teams. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met. Implement and provide advanced support for network security infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortinet Drive complex root‑cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues. Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high‑level designs (HLDs), low‑level designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, acceptance test procedures, installation guides, and operational procedures. Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, internal training, and post‑incident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency. Provide quality oversight for processes and project deliverables and ensure compliance to prevailing security and governance requirements. Provide relevant inputs for project reporting and status update. Support the smooth transition of the implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in network security infrastructure project delivery with hands-on experience and knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting for IT network devices such as switches, routers, firewall, UPS, etc. Have experience in liaising with the user and managing vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution. Skilled in network security solution design, planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation. Technical certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) or above firewall products is preferred. Possess strong communication skills and analytical capability to resolve technical issues. A resourceful, proactive and independent team player. Work location: Jurong East
