Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Senior / Engineer, Projects to lead and deliver complex projects within the Mobile-C4I Platform Division. This role is critical in driving end-to-end project execution for advanced communication and sensor systems that support defence operations. As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stringent quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Be Part of Our Success Plan and manage projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues quickly. Communicate updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Defence regulations. Drive improvements in processes and project delivery. Qualities We Value Knowledge in Engineering / Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience managing projects (preferably in Defence, Telecom, or Tech). Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of communication or sensor systems is a plus. High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
