Primary Responsibilities: Operate CNC milling to machine components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. Debug CNC programmes to ensure smooth production processes and maintain machining precision. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters based on production requirements. Conduct routine equipment maintenance to ensure stable operation and minimise failure rates. Implement quality control measures based on machining feedback to ensure parts meet quality standards. Assist the technical team in process improvements, optimising machining workflows to enhance production efficiency. Skill Requirements: Proficient operation of 3、4、 5 Axis CNC milling, with expertise in Set-up, debugging, and parameter adjustment. Familiarity with CNC milling control systems (e.g., FANUC, MAZAK). Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings and analyse part machining processes. Possess basic troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities for CNC equipment.
