Supervisor, Production

Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the CNC machine shop and manage manpower allocation. Monitor production schedules to ensure quality, delivery, and safety targets are achieved. Utilize Mastercam for CNC programming and process optimization. Troubleshoot machining, production, and quality-related issues. Train, supervise, and support CNC machinists and operators. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and machine utilization. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. Proficient in Mastercam programming. Familiar with CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers. Able to perform CNC programming, machine setup, and process optimization independently. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiar with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, or precision engineering industries. Familiar with Fanuc CNC control systems. Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
