Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support and execute day-to-day operational activities at the sites and contracts. The role focuses on supervising site execution, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting smooth delivery of operational tasks. Be Part of Our Success Manage operational delivery of maintenance, repair, installation, and support activities to meet contractual KPIs, schedules, and quality standards Continuous improvement and cost ‑ conscious mindset Coordinate internal teams and external vendors. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly. Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership. Qualities We Value Knowledge in Engineering or relevant technical discipline. At least 4 years of relevant site or operations experience in marine, Defence or engineering. Prior experience supervising technicians or site teams. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
