Assistant I, Stock Control

Key Responsibilities: Monitor demand and issuance of inventory items with precision to ensure materials are available for production without delays. Process and manage all production demands efficiently, coordinating closely with the production team to meet their requirements. Monitoring accurate record of inventory and stock management system. Conversion of stock from SBUs. Including raising CV, arranging for transportation and managing transport adhoc form. Handle the processing and monitoring of parts returned from production, ensuring proper recording and timely updates in the system. Prepare and execute stocktake plan include processing physical inventory documents and preparing stocktake report. Prepare inventory status, issuance, returns, MOQ, stocktake and shelf-life reports and other ad hoc requests. Update Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) settings as requested by the Material Planning team. Requirements and Skills: Completion of "O" Level/ Nitec or equivalent qualification is preferred. Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently. Familiarity with SAP system is preferred. Possess good interpersonal skill and a positive attitude to handle challenging customers and resolve tense situations. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling challenging customer interactions professionally and resolving tense situations calmly. Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, maintaining accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.Willingness and flexibility to support operational requirements, including working five weekdays plus additional scheduled support on Saturday and/or Sunday.
