Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and automating scalable and secure cloud infrastructure for enterprise workloads. The ideal candidate is passionate about cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement. Be Part of Our Success Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, etc.) following best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization. Develop and maintain Terraform templates/modules to automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud systems to ensure reliability and performance. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enable smooth application deployment and compliance alignment. Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Maintain proper documentation, version control, and configuration management across environments. Participate in architecture discussions, proof-of-concepts, and ongoing improvements to infrastructure automation. Qualities We Value 3–4 years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or DevOps. Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring). Proven experience in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management. Solid understanding of networking concepts, VPC design, security groups, and IAM policies. Familiarity with Linux administration and scripting (Bash or Python). Experience with Git-based workflows and version control practices. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
