We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow our global sensors business, with a focus on Europe, United States and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electronic component sales, deep understanding of international shipping processes, and the ability to navigate corporate structures while driving revenue growth. Job Scope: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in US, Europe, and Asia. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Manage the entire sales cycle from hunting, lead generation to order fulfillment. Ensure smooth delivery of goods by coordinating logistics and understanding Incoterms for international shipping. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, logistics and finance to ensure seamless execution. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Handle and tracking warranty returns till replacement cycle is complete. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering fields. Diploma with relevant experience will be considered as well. Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B electronics / component / sensor sales. Experience in handling international customers and achieving sales targets. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of incoterms, global shipping logistics practices and export documentation. Excellent and adaptive negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal. Able to adapt to corporate processes and frameworks. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office suite. Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous. Personal Attributes: Meticulous, tenacious and results oriented with sense of ownership. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced global competitive environment. Travel: Able to travel 10%-20% internationally to meet clients and organize trade shows.
