Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact The Solution Architect plays a critical role in enabling business growth by providing deep technical leadership throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams, the role is responsible for shaping client ‑ centric solutions, articulating eServ ’ s technical value proposition, and reinforcing our position as a trusted BPO partner. Be Part of Our Success Primary Responsibilities (80%) – Solution Architecture & Engineering Design Solution Architecture & Design Lead the end to end solution architecture for digital BPO platforms and transformation initiatives across finance, payroll, grants, HR, contact centre, training, and advisory services. Design secure, scalable, and compliant architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, aligned with enterprise and public sector requirements. Define application, data, integration, and cloud architectures leveraging microservices, APIs, event driven workflows, and managed services. Apply GenAI and automation to optimise workflow design, SOP generation, process re engineering, and continuous improvement. Engineering & Delivery Enablement Partner delivery teams to translate architectures into buildable designs, ensuring alignment with delivery capability and operational constraints. Drive engineering design optimisation using AI tools (e.g. AI Coding Assistants, GenAI for design reviews, and process optimisation). Establish and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and reusable components across BPO platforms. Support transition in and transformation programmes by designing target state architectures and migration approaches. Platform & Technology Leadership Serve as a technical authority on platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, Alteryx, AWS Connect, and supporting integration layers. Stay current on emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, contact centre platforms) and assess applicability to eServ’s digital BPO offerings.Contribute to the evolution of eServ’s AI enabled Digital BPO architecture blueprint. Secondary Responsibilities (20%) – Presales & Client Engagement Presales Solutioning Support presales engagements by shaping technical solution designs aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives. Provide architectural input for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring solutions are realistic, scalable, and delivery ready. Participate selectively in customer workshops, solutioning sessions, and technical deep dives. Demonstrations & POCs Support customer facing demonstrations and proofs of concept, including AI enabled workflows, automation, and analytics. Sales Enablement Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to articulate technical value propositions and differentiators. Contribute to reusable presales assets such as reference architectures, solution decks, and technical case studies. Qualities We Value Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, or Alteryx are a plus. Professional Experience 5+ years of experience in a solution architect role, preferably within BPO or MSP industries. Proven expertise in platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, and Alteryx. Familiarity with finance and accounting processes, payroll systems, IT training frameworks, and contact center operations is advantageous. Experience with contact center technologies such as AWS Connect. Skills and Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in preparing technical documentation and proposals. Ability to design secure, scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leveraging best ‑ practice frameworks and modern design patterns. Proficient with core cloud services including compute, serverless, containers, storage, databases, networking, IAM, and security controls across all three platforms. Experienced in DevOps and automation, using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure ‑ as ‑ Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, and Cloud Build. Capable of building cloud ‑ native applications and integrations using microservices, APIs, event ‑ driven workflows, and managed services. Skilled in cloud operations including monitoring, logging, cost optimization, resilience design, and performance tuning across multi ‑ cloud environments.
