Responsibilities: Lead the power team providing support to vessels during shipyard operations. Lead and manage engineering projects related to facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facility infrastructure to identify issues and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life cycles. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and facility operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all facility engineering activities. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and budgets associated with facility engineering projects and maintenance activities. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineering staff within the Facilities team. Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability practices across Benoi facilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in facilities engineering, preferably within maritime, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to facilities engineering. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with engineering software and tools for design, maintenance planning, and project management is advantageous. Experience with power supply, energy storage and HVAC/Chiller Power Management background or related LEW cert is preferred Other Information Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided) 5 days work week Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
