Subledger specialist – Accounts receivable & payable (m/f/d) Join our Finance team and play a key role in managing subledger activities across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in an international, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities: Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices accurately and within deadlines Verify invoice amounts, payment terms, and sales tax details Ensure down payments and invoices are correctly coded to the general ledger Work closely with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, confirm outstanding balances, and secure payment discounts where applicable Support month-end closing activities and related reporting Accounts Receivable Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments Contact customers to secure payments and identify possible payment risks Escalate overdue balances or credit limit exceptions and propose mitigation actions Investigate and resolve payment disputes, discrepancies, and non-payment issues with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Management Maintain customer credit data and support intercompany invoicing and reconciliations Assist with bad debt calculations, provisions, and month-end closing activities Your profile: University degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, or a similar role Fluent in English is mandatory; knowledge of German, Polish, French, or Italian is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management in a high-volume environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Professional and collaborative approach when working with internal and external stakeholders Open to new IT applications; SAP experience is preferred What we offer: A dynamic international environment Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams A role where accuracy, ownership, and problem-solving truly make a difference A strong culture of feedback and continuous improvement Hybrid and flexible working model Private health insurance Meal allowance Exclusive employee discounts through corporate benefits platform Convince us with your skills and strengths—an experienced team and challenging tasks are already waiting for you.
