About us [[custAltIntroBUFText]] Your Contribution Develop new metrology methods and solutions to support the development and manufacturing of optical components. Optimize measurement algorithms and automated data collection and data processing. Specify new equipment and drive equipment development together with equipment supplier. In charge to characterize process and product performance. The new metrology methods need to be developed during the product development phase, set up during the NPI phase and finally transferred to high volume manufacturing. In charge of MSA. Responsible for metrology equipment buy off at vendor site and at manufacturing site including all needed documentations. Define and achieve sub-milestones for your projects within the larger timelines of the overall program needs. Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions. Strong collaboration with cross-functional development and manufacturing teams, stakeholders, and external parties. Your Profile 5-10 years experience in the metrology field with hands-on experience on metrology development, characterization and metrology automation. BSc/MSC/Ph.D. Degree in Photonics /Optics/ Physics / Engineering or equivalent. Metrology & characterization methods for optical components. Good understanding of optics.
