Co-op Benefits Package Including: Competitive wages Paid holidays & vacation 401K match up to 6% Employee Appreciation Events Continuous learning opportunities through in-person, hybrid, and virtual training opportunities Your Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but not limited to: EE integration of mechatronics systems and components (incl. sizing, e.g. e-motor), reviewing interface specifications, wiring schematics, creating wire harnesses and electrical triage [macroscopic] -> integration into HiL, Vehicle environments Circuit design and analysis/testing (e.g., analog filtering, sensorics), PCBA prototyping, wiring schematics [microscopic] Market research of EE products, benchmark, and documentation Interfacing teams – effectively communicate with these cross functional teams in order to effectively complete assigned tasks Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction S/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes Your Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results Ability to prioritize The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds Exhibit a willingness to learn Assertive approach to solving problems Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives. That number is real. WorkMundi's database shows 144,883 open engineer roles across the world. India has the most with 31,687 jobs, followed by the United States with 30,084. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
