Your Key Responsibilities The Human Resources Co-op Student will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to HR projects. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR skills and processes. Through a variety of developmental tasks and projects, the student will strengthen communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while contributing to a meaningful employee experience. Provide overall administrative and operational support for the Human Resources Department. Support with new hire onboarding, including day-one activities and completion of I-9 and new hire paperwork. Help maintain accurate employee records through document quality checks and file management. Support recruiting coordination, including candidate outreach and interview scheduling. Serve as a contact for employment verification requests in a professional and timely manner. Act as a key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required. Your Qualifications High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field. Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a professional manner. Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior SAP experience is appreciated. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
