Area Maintenance Lead - GC

Job Purpose: Drive the TA Front-End Loading (FEL) deliverables and successful execution through coordination and facilitation with various stakeholders across operations maintenance, engineering and contractor teams, and by ensuring the alignment of all maintenance components to ensure seamless execution of TA activities, from strategy and initiation to post-execution phases. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or Equivalent. PMP is an advantage. Minimum Experience: 7+ years in the Oil and Gas or Process Industries with a focus on plant maintenance/turnaround maintenance. Accountabilities: Turnaround Strategy & Initiation Phase Participate in the TA governance structure by ensuring the key Maintenance related pain points are covered in Scoping Process. Planning & Scheduling Phase. Pre-Turnaround Readiness. Turnaround Execution. People Management. Budgeting and Cost Control. Job Specific Skills: People Management Skills.
