Position overview We are looking for a new Sales Advisor reporting directly to a Regional Field Sales Manager. In this role you will be part of the Field Sales department. Important: we are looking for a candidate that can travel on a daily basis. A day in the life of a Sales Advisor you will visit small and medium-sized clients daily and act as a Nestlé ambassador for all its brands within the Retail segment, you will collaborate with a Sales Activator (Merchandiser) and manage your merchandising budget to win in-store activations, you will follow up and report on client visits, sales performance and the market, you will analyze, interact, and give feedback towards the category activator, you will be responsible for creating an adequate routing plan of stores to reach the set objectives. What will make you successful Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent by experience, fluent in French and Dutch, a conversational level of English is a plus, being passionate, ambitious, and having a commercial drive, you can work autonomously, and you have excellent planning and organizational skills. you are customer focused and able to manage your priorities, you have an analytical mindset with the desire to learn and grow with the company, you can process, prioritize and handle the mass of information and tasks that you’ll receive to manage your routing, agenda, and projects accordingly the priorities, you have a driver's license.
