Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam POSITION SNAPSHOT Working location: Nestlé Tri An Factory (Amata IZ, Dong Nai) Working time: Monday-Friday (08:00 – 17:15) Reporting line: Engineering Supervisor MAIN JOB PURPORSE Assist all maintenance activities; enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and Operations performance, by providing support to engineering team on administrative to the maintenance activities in the factory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Reporting Responsible for monitoring Engineering KPIs, ensuring everyone in Engineering departments to key in the data Prepare and update the report for the Engineering KPI (Maintenance KPI, Work order KPI, Maintenance & Improvement budgets, sundry and activities) on regular basis Prepare & update spare part purchasing (provide information for forwarder bidding, book forwarder, provide information for custom clearance) 2. Controlling Checking, monitoring & consolidate with Finance & Controlling the report about Engineering maintenance labor hours Updating, controlling overtime of Engineering department 3. Systems Control, manage and ensure all department documents are update in documentation management system (DMS), work as DMS Champion for the Engineering department Monitor, update and keep in order the archive room, keep in order and prepare the file for compliance audit & update new document in engineering compliance file Issue Purchase Requisitions in assigned area Create/change/delete floc and material in Asset Management & Maintenance (AMM) system 4. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
