Italian knowledge would be a plus. Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 2° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €48.000,00. Position Summary Ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards. A Day in the life of a Logistics Engineer: • Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design • Fulfill engineering project concept • Organize project execution • Mobilize resources (internal & external) • Ensure the coordination with plant design • Select and qualify contactors • Coordinate contractors’ activities • Ensure Nestlé standards are applied • Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief • Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions. When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
