Define, propose and monitor the Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the M&I Activity as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document. Maintenance and repair of manufacturing plant & ancillary equipment and building. Milo Plant ( Process and Fill & Pack) Responsible for the smooth operation of manufacturing plants & their ancillary equipment. Institute continuous improvements to existing equipment's performance and efficiency. Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the M&I teams mission and objectives. Propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources related to the M&I team. Facilitator of TPM PM Pillar Propose and control the M&I budget. Undertake improvement jobs, minor and major projects Assist Energy management champion on Energy and Water Saving program Responsible for conducting in-house training (Theory & Practical) for selected employees to be technically competent to carry out their duties. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
