(With profit sharing, earnings can increase by ~$1.50–$3.00/hour.) Shift available and hours 7pm-7am, 4x4 schedule 6pm-6am, 4x4 schedule What you will be doing Help pit crew start and end drops. Operate mobile equipment (forklift, skid loader, sweeper, overhead crane) to move logs. Use mechanical or air bander to band logs into bundles and accurately mark (heat number, alloy, length, and weight). Operate and move homogenizers. Fill out homogenizer charts correctly. Help pit crew with unplugging and plugging of furnaces. Learn to operate log saw and help furnace operators when needed. Properly fill out paperwork for recording of logs and inspection reports. What will make you successful? Must be at least 18 years or older. (required) Self-motivated and willing to learn. Ability to work based on criteria under work environment. Must have ability to communicate (both written & verbal) and work well with all employees.
