Follow packing instructions according to unique customer specifications. Lift and pack aluminum parts individually and with a partner. Uses measurement tools and visual inspection to verify quality of parts. Finishes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals. Work closely with Packing team members and coordinate with other departments as needed. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Ability to read a tape measure. Basic mathematical skills. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: No prior experience required. Some manufacturing experience preferred.
