What we do The Insurance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services for international insurance companies, supporting both end-to-end transformations and modular core solutions. Our services cover system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP-based applications such as Policy Management, Claims Management, Product and Quotation Management, Incentives and Commission Management, Collections and Disbursements, and msg Product Manager. We also support msg.life Factory, a leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe. Additionally, our team offers development services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As one of the largest insurance-focused teams globally, we bring together SAP developers, S4i consultants, integration experts, BTP specialists, and insurance professionals. What you will do Participate in delivering complex projects to our clients; Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programs; Engage in different phases of the implementation of SAP for Insurance for our clients; Work with an international project team and client stakeholders to create solutions meeting clients' needs; Analyze functional and technical requirements; Take responsibility of the quality of your delivery; Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions; Organize and lead internal or external workshop; What we are looking for Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or business informatics) or other equivalent experience; Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming; Knowledge in oData and/or CDS views; Curiosity to learn an SAP module from the SAP for Insurance suite; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication along with strong client relationship skills; Excellent time management skills; Strong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skills; Rapid understanding and team-oriented; Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; Fluent in English (oral and in writing); Nice to have Insurance industry experience of advantage; Experience or certification in SAP modules for insurance (e.g., FS-PM or FS-CM); Knowledge in S/4 HANA transformation; First experience in the architecture of SAP for Insurance; Knowledge in BTP (e.g. integration suite).
